How much does drawsheet cost?

What sports does drawsheet cover?
Any sports that use a round-robin or knock- out draw format
Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Beach tennis, Volleyball, Soccer, Cricket,
list is endless.

Can I use my credit card to pay?
We don't accept credit cards because of the possibility of
fraud. Most people have online access to their bank account and can wire
funds just as easily. Also, payments are once off. We don't charge on a monthly
cycle

Is there a demo?
Yes, go to
http://drawsheet.com/download.htm
Its pretty functional in its basic state, you won't be able
to go past the second round among other things, but
you will be able to fully experience drawsheet. Drawsheet is
in demo mode until unlocked so there is only 1 download.

If I stop using drawsheet, how long will you keep my account?
If you signup and don't add credit ever, the account will expire in 30 days.
If you have added credit at least once, then it is kept for 1 year (after your day credit hits 0)
If you have added credit at least once, you can request to have it kept
for longer. email support with your request.

Is drawsheet something that I buy?
If you have an account with credit you can use drawsheet.
If your credit expires then you can still use drawsheet on the machine you unlocked it from.
If you move to another machine and have no credit, you won't be able to unlock drawsheet.
Basically you get to use drawsheet if you have credit in your account.

Can I edit the final website that drawsheet generates and then upload that?
Yes, the generated website is a tournament website, it is functional. It was never supposed to be a 'sales' website. By default you have 5mb to work with. If you can work within that then drawsheet _will_ upload it to the server. Under special circumstances we can increase your server space.

Unlocks faq

How does the unlocking mechanism work?
When you download drawsheet the application is in a limited version. That is you can only go to the second round in the draws, among other things. In order to have a fully working drawsheet application  you will have to 'unlock' the application. Drawsheet.com does not issue registration numbers like a lot of other software vendors do. Firstly you will have to add credit to your account using the payment methods listed. Once you have credited your account then you need to go to the application control panel and enter you username and password that you got when you signed up. Then you will click the 'unlock' button the control panel. This will register your computer with our server and unlock all of the features of the application. You can do this once. If you then go to another machine, install drawsheet and try to unlock from another machine you won't be able to. You will have used up all of your unlocks from the previous machine. So it is important to designate the pc you will use for the drawsheet application. This mechanism protects drawsheet.com from unauthorized use.

Can I unlock from the same pc a number of times?
Yes, if its the same machine your unlock count won't be affected.

What if I want to change pc's?
We can grant extra unique unlocks on request. email support.
we will look at your account unlock activity and take it from there.
we are fairly generous but are aware that some users will try to abuse
that. Once we have added an extra unlock and assuming day credit exists in 
your account you can unlock ,again, form the 'new' pc.

What if I reinstall my operating system?
You will need to unlock again. This is technically a 'new' pc.
Contact support to be granted another 'unlock' credit.

What if I add a windows service pack?
You will need to unlock again. This is technically a 'new' pc.
Contact support to be granted another 'unlock' credit.

How many unique unlocks are granted initially?
1, but we can grant extra unlocks on a case by case basis.

How should I choose my drawsheet machine?
Your laptops is probably the best option, but a machine that 
is at your club would be the next option. Drawsheet is designed for 1 person
use. It does not need many people to work it, so 1 person, 1 machine, 1 copy of drawsheet
is all that is needed.

If I have  an extra unlock on my account but run out of day credit, can I still unlock?
No. If you have no credit it does not matter how many unlocks you have left.
Unlocks are kept at 1 initially anyway.

If I have no credit on my account can I unlock?
No.

Can I unlock from multiple machines?
No. You can have 1 machine bound to your account at any one time. If there
was another machine bound to your account at time of unlock then that machine will
be removed. For example, you start using drawsheet on machine1 and have it unlocked on machine1 to start with. Then you decide that you need to move to machine2 and we grant 
you an extra unlock then when you go to machine2 and click the unlock button, then machine1 will be removed. You can then use machine2 against the server but machine1 is now locked out. So don't give your password to 'friends' because they will eat up your unlocks and lock you out of your own account.
