1) It is normally the case that the players pay a small extra 'processing fee' (1 euro/2 usd) to cover these fees and remove the administration overhead from the tournament and reduce the need and cost to have to mail in their entry form

2) 'day credit' is the number of days you and the players can access our  entry servers which will accept your players entries. Similar to mobile or cell phone credit ( pay as you go, top up, recharge your account)
