7 define seeding 10 min max depends on number of draws, very easy
8 generate the draws 1 min 1 click will do all of them
9 define courts 1 min point and click
10 schedule the matches 10 mins point and click, number of matches won't make any difference, very simple
11 make website 1 min 1 click, player times, schedule and draws and any results, automatically pulled in
12 upload the website 1 min 1 click,no technical knowledge required, no passwords, all built into drawsheet
13 players check online for their times na  
14 players arrive and play their matches 1 day  
15 input results 1 hour (cumulative time) may vary depending on number of matches ,but inputting is point and click and very simple.
16 new matches will emerge, back to point 10   continue till tournament is over
